Unimin Australia
Unimin Australia Limited processes and supplies raw materials for the Australian, New Zealand and Asian manufacturing and primary industries. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Unimin Corporation USA, which in turn is owned by SCR Sibelco NV, a Belgium corporation established in 1872. With over 130 years of experience Sibelco has built up more than 277 mining and production facilities worldwide.
Some of the principal industries supplied are Glass, Mining, Agriculture, Construction and Industrial Manufacturing. The company operates a network of over 30 mines, plants, sales offices and distribution warehouses throughout Australia and New Zealand and employs approximately 700 people.
